This branch caters to children from birth up to age of 18 years. It is the only discipline dedicated to all aspects of the well being of infants, children & adolescents.

The department runs a numbers of sub- Specialty clinics like Paediatrics endocrinology, Paediatric neurology, Paediatric nephrology, Paediatrics Gastroenterology & Paediatric Asthma.

The department has well equipped NICU & PICU with CPAP, Ventilators, Phototherapy Oxygen therapy, & facilities for exchange transfusion. Immunization is being provided every day to the children. Growth & development & well baby clinics are being run to monitor the growth of children. Paediatric nephrology, Paediatric endocrinology, Paediatric hematology & Paediatric gastroenterology clinics are being run weekly.
